NSCPL Direct Recruitment 2017: National Seeds Corporation Limited under the administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture Cooperation & Farmers Welfare is an apex body engaged in production of quality seeds and distribution, invites application from Indian Nationals for filling up the following posts on direct recruitment basis at Central State Farm viz Suratgarh, Sardargarh and Jetsar.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

A. SENIOR TRAINEE / DIPLOMA TRAINEE

1. Senior Trainee (Marketing) MBA (Agri. Business Management)/B.Sc. (Agri). with minimum 55% marks from recognized University with 1 year Diploma in Marketing Management/Sales Management. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

2. Senior Trainee (Quality Control) M.Sc (Agri.) with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

3. Senior Trainee (Horticulture) M.Sc (Agri./Horticulture) with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

4. Diploma Trainee (Agri. Engg.) Three years Diploma in Agriculture Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a Govt. Polytechnic /Institution. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory. B. Trainees:

1. Trainee (Human Resource) BBA/BCA/BA (Personnel Management) OR Graduate with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/Institutions with one year Diploma in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Labour Laws/Computer Application from a recognized University/Institution. In addition to the above, the candidate should have knowledge of MS Office and typing with speed of 40/35 WPM in English/Hindi in computer. Knowledge of Hindi typing is mandatory. In case a candidate does not possess Hindi typing at the time of selection, he/she has to pass the examination of Hindi typing during the course of training period.

2. Trainee (Agriculture) B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum 55% marks from recognized University. Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

3. Trainee (DEO) BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT) OR graduate with 1 year Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognised University / Institution.

4. Trainee (Technician) (i) Electrician: ITI certificate in Electrician trade with minimum 55% marks and one year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

(ii) Auto Electrician: ITI certificate in Auto Electrician trade with minimum 55% marks and one year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). 4

(iii) Welder: ITI certificate in Welder trade with minimum 55% marks and one year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

(iv) Diesel Mechanic: ITI certificate in Diesel Mechanic trade with minimum 55% marks and one year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

(v) Tractor Mechanic: ITI certificate in Tractor Mechanic trade with minimum 55% marks and one year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

(vi) Machineman: ITI certificate in Turner/Machinist trade with minimum 55% marks and one year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

5. Trainee (Stores) Tech. 3 years Diploma from Govt. recognized Polytechnic or equivalent Mech./Agri. Engg./Automobile Engg./ Diploma in Stores/Inventory Mgmt. with 55% marks from a recognized institution. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

6. Trainee (Stores) Agri. B.Sc. (Agri.) with 55% marks from a recognized University OR Graduate with minimum 55% marks with 1 year Diploma in Material Management/Inventory Management/Store Management. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Eligibility: the post following the MBA (Agri Business Management) / BSC, + year Diploma in Agriculture (Marketing / Sales) / MSc (Agriculture) / Diploma (Agriculture) / BPA / BSC/ PA / BSC – (Agriculture / Computer / IT) / computer Knowledge  must have a three-year diploma.
